Weird instancing problem

What is this happening? the left side model is original and drawn without instancing and right side's model is drawn with instancing. So whats wrong? why this looks so weird?

EDIT: I solved the problem. the problem was with texture coordinates, I forgot to pass texture transformation matrix in shader.
