OR bitwise operator

I need to do an OR bitwise operation in the blending operation like this:

 

pixelBeinRendered = valueAlredyOnThePixel OR valueRenderedToThePixel 

 

but I am using directx 10

 

is this operation possible using blending to a float render target, in directx 10?

No. Bitwise blending was a new feature for FEATURE_LEVEL_11_1. And even then, it only makes sense for integer formats.
