About the game:
- turn based single player strategy
- you are a dictator that rule a tiny country (island in the middle of nowhere)
- the country's main income is from plantations (coffee, bananas, cotton, etc), there are also plenty of rebels, factions that want to usurp the power and generally the country is highly unstable politically
My ideas (somewhat longish...):
- Banana Republic Directorate
- Banana Republic Sim
Make the title the name of the country you'll be ruling.
Look up names in different languages anglicized such as
Vidarr
which was an old Germanic diety whose name means ruler.
Vidarr, Vitharr.
Just an example.
Important note, the title needs to convey the meaning of "being a dictator" (or something similar), so people can notice it instantly (and buy the game because they always wanted to play as a dictator :D).

Put a picture of a mock-up Fidel Castro in the cover and-, wait, no, Tropico already did that.
