There are just some things that take too long to produce, like special effects for games, whether it be sound effects or graphics effects. So, I thought to start this thread as a collection of procedural generators for future new game developers. I have found a few so far.

 

Hopefully this one gets pinned:

 

Procedural Special Effects Generator

This effect was generated in a few seconds by grabbing a random png off of my computer. It also animates a preview of the effect. Awesomesauce!
