Blending

i use drawelements and multitexture to draw the walls with lightmaps, one pass. the second pass, i try to blend a texture with already draw walls. i get bleeds and tears. Will someone tell me: how to draw a second pass texture with multitexturing and drawelements with a alpha(ed) texture that will blending. BGCJR
