As others have said, it being bad is intentional. Expect to see an increase in games like Goat simulator/this over the next few years.

Goat Simulator looked like it had actual polish and attention to detail. It was ridiculous, stupid, and just plain weird, but it was still well done from what I've been able to see. It is the difference between Pixar making a crazy animated film over a few years, and a high school 'intro to animation' class project.
