Strange GLSL Behavior (Debug vs Release)

I'm currently working on testing out my shader pipeline and rendering some various effects. They're working all the time while in Debug mode in Visual Studio. I decided to switch the project over to Release mode to test and see if everything is working there as well.


For some odd reason, my initial shader effect that works everytime upon launching the program in Debug mode only works about 1 / 3 of the time when I'm trying to launch the Release mode version of the program.


Has anyone encountered this issue and know what might be causing it? I'm outputting my shader compilation log to my console, and in both build modes it compiles and links successfully, just for some reason the Release mode version isn't working all the time, as it should.
