Ok thats my site that me and some mates have started making, we are realising that the colours are a bit crap etc. and nagrub is working on a flash bannerlogo, menu & splash screen but i was wondering if anyone could spare 5 minutes to post some feedback on the "content"? please.... it would be appreciated..... thanks:-)

Good site so far. Me myself, I am more interested in content than good looks. I am sure alot of other people would say the same also. The nice Flash movie, might get people interested in the site, if you don''t have good content though, they won''t stay around long. Have a lot of good updates and good content and you will be fine, in my opinion. I might mess around with trying a different font. Good luck.
