Hello,

We have been working on a game called ASCENT for a few months now and are taking a step into the world of 3D...

ASCENT is inspired by the original Crash Bandicoot and Spyro trilogy, as well as games such as Rayman and Croc,

A 'characters' video has been made featuring both heroes and villains of the ASCENT world,

Feedback on design and any improvements on this early stage of development would be much appreciated smile.png

More ASCENT videos can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-qShd1Qe2r7NY7E1PGuJbA

An ASCENT Twitter page has been set up too, which features some of our latest 3D concepts: https://twitter.com/ASCENT_GAME

Many thanks!

As for the visuals, I feel like most of the specular is unnecessary. It makes the whole thing feel artificial and unsettling. At least, I don't like looking at this kind of artificial for too long.

Thanks for the feedback, still in the stage of tweaking the 3D renders to get a final look, so will take on board your comment and play around with the specular :)
