To All,

Thank you for reading my post. I don't know where to begin with this, but I have a game idea that I think could be awesome!!  Unfortunately i'm not a programmer, or have programming friends that i can talk to and discuss this idea with so that's why I need to get online and in forums to understand what I can do to make this a reality and meet people. Ive been working on this for a while but recently came up with designs and rules to make this game.  I also have been trying to learn basic programming such as html and css to get a better understanding but [forbidden recruiting wording deleted by moderator].  Cant wait to hear from you ALL!!!! You've already found the answer all by yourself!

Just pick a technology that is applicable for your game(real question) and try learn how to use it(2ndreal question).

HTML and CSS are not like programming languages that you use for games. I suggest you learn C++ and use Unity or Java and use LibGDX.

You didn't give information about the idea so people don't know what they will look into, therefore not big chances for you to get people.

You can use HTML and CSS for browser games. In order to handle key presses and other gameplay events, you have to learn JavaScript as well. I'm currently creating a side-scrolling platformer using the aforementioned languages (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).

Good luck!
