OpenGL Core OpenGL shader designer tools?

I've been searching all over the net for a shader designer tool, but they all appear to use legacy OpenGL.  Are there any GLSL shader designer tools that use core OpenGL (OpenGL 3+ or higher) instead of legacy or OpenGL ES 2.0?  Thanks.

Wow, I forgot about this thread.  Looks like a great tool, but does it require Java?  My engine is C++, minus a bit of Java necessary to get it running on Android (and I know you don't like Android's bastardized version of Java).  Either way, I guess it shouldn't matter since GLSL doesn't care what language you are using.

Its a shader designer. You use it to design shaders, then use the GLSL that you coded as you wish. It doesn't integrates with your engine if that's what you're asking, its a standalone tool to ease GLSL coding.

To run the designer you do need Java installed.
