Lumberyard Engine; Building a VS Solution File

Has anyone had any luck with this process? Someone decided to make a brilliant decision to require a LOT of libraries (multiples of the same version, or different versions even). Then required a library for SDL2's IOS controls. libSDL2.a or something of that sort, which I don't even know how to get.
