A player fighting another player hehe. I really don''t see anything that could be explained here. It happens when 2+ player-controled characters are fighting each other.
Also sometimes known as "Player Killing" (PK).

All it refers to is when players fight each other in online battles, as opposed to fighting AI controlled non-player-characters (NPC).

Most MMORPGs have certain restrictions on PK/PVP, like no attacking other players when in towns, no attacking other players who are some number of levels below you, etc to avoid problems with having newbies just getting killed by other players non-stop and thus ruining the game for them.
