Bullet Physics Capsule Inside Box

I have a room which is actually a box, I'm trying get the player (capsule shape) to be able to walk inside the box, but the capsule shape never get inside the the room, it can only be over the box.

 

I have even tried to use btConvexHull instead of Box shape for the room, but I still can't get the capsule shape inside the room.

 

How can I put the capsule shape inside the room?

btBoxShape is solid, not hollow, likewise with btConvexHullShape.

Also convex hulls are convex. A hollow cube is a concave shape. You need to use multiple different shapes each with a local transform (e.g. using a btCompoundShape) or a btBvhTriangleMeshShape/etc.
