Yay!!! I figured out the skinmesh exporting problem!!!
However, there''s still some problem with number of polygon each bone could handle. After certain ratio of bones vs polygons, it clunks out.
General body parts are fine, except the head. It has too many polygon for one bone. Is there a fix for that? I guess, I could stuff extra bones in the head. LOL

It seems that DirectX exporter for Phyique is only limitted to 118 or 119 faces. At 120 faces, it errs during the load time.
How do you make a good animation with less than 120 faces? duh.
