How to verify my own pathfinding results?

I've built my own version of argorha pathfinding library with
DirectX adapter, I just thinking about how I can verify the correctness
of my own adapter's results. I want to compare it with
Irrlicht results, but I didn't know how to generate the bsp file
from 3ds max or blender, are most of the exporters for bsp files
paid? Just scratching my head how to verify it..
Any ideas?
