The controls are pretty good, the screen tends to lag at times, not totally sure if it's because my PC or not, but the game plays and does not fall apart.

 

Tutorial wise, the game introduces you to new concepts every level and it has a nice learning curve.

 

I don't know if it's good or bad for the general player to make those spikes so difficult to see on the third stage, it caught me off guard a lot and made me have to look at the ground very carefully. Intended maybe, but I felt it detracted from the experience. Interesting design choice none the less!

 

All in all, nice start to a platformer ^_^ A bit of polish and it'll be great!

It's a print and play prototype. Programming should be done during may.
