How can I imitate depth of 3D objects

Hi everybody!!! Thanks for all of us how has replied me! But I still stuck. And the question is "What is The Matrix..." Just kidding... How can I make depth of 3D objects, I mean if I clip my object I see the sides(walls) in width of 1 pixel or less from that(I don''t know).Can I make it by use the Stencil Buffer, if yes then explain me HOW??? if not then maybe there are other technics to do this. Tanks a lot!!!
