DX12 [DX12] Can you double check my work?

I have not been able to debug graphics in my app using any adapter but the warp adapter.
The debug layer does not output any warning/error and the app is doing almost nothing right now.


Luckily, I was able to take a capture of a frame using the warp adapter.

Could you be so kind and take a look at it to see if I made a newbie mistake?


Simply put, my app has 3 command lists, one to transition the back buffer to the render target state,

one to render a quad with a blue texture and a third one to transition the back buffer to present state.


As simple as that may look, there must be something wrong with what I did as it will crash VS graphics debugger on all the PCs with dedicated GPUs I tried.
