Hello, and thanks up front for taking the time to read this, Any one have any suggestions on how to load all pictures in a folder? I would like my program to have a picture folder and on start up, auto load all files in the folder, BUT, the catch is, my prog would NOT know how many, or what the name of the files are, just the name of the folder. I know this is possible, I have seen progs (file converters) do this. Any Ideas? Again thanks for taking the time to read this, Andrew

On windows, check the doc on FindFirstFile() and FindNextFile();
On Unix, check dirent.h
