I want to make up a grayscale bmp like this in Photoshop 6: http://www.hometrail.de/targetsights_alpha.jpg from the colored image in the top right. If you just want to change it to grayscale in Photoshop, go IMAGE>MODE>GRAYSCALE. Hope that helps.

Just changing it to grayscale was not the problem .

Well, after a coffee and a smoke my mind started to remember basic things like breathing and eventually I remeberd how to make up the files. It allways suprises me how long nights can screw up your brain .
