I think what could be the z buffer, but is right:

lpD3DDev->SetRenderState( D3DRENDERSTATE_ZENABLE, TRUE );
lpD3DDev->SetRenderState( D3DRENDERSTATE_ZWRITEENABLE, TRUE );
lpD3DDev->SetRenderState( D3DRENDERSTATE_ZFUNC, D3DCMP_LESSEQUAL );
d3dPP.BackBufferFormat			= d3dDM.Format;
d3dPP.EnableAutoDepthStencil	= TRUE;
d3dPP.AutoDepthStencilFormat	= D3DFMT_D16;
d3dPP.BackBufferWidth			= iResoW;
d3dPP.BackBufferHeight			= iResoH;
d3dPP.BackBufferCount			= 1;

Someone have some idea what can be? Thanks..
