DX11 [DX11] Texture Problem use FBX SDK(2016)

hello

 

I just making small program with FBX SDK 2016(x64) and DirectX11

 

now Creating cover the texture to loaded Polygon.

 

but it occurred attached image result

 

 

i don't know what is problem.....

 

i have to do next animate plan..

 

help me please.

 

( ref, my english skill is some bad....can you explain more easily? )
