BSP texturing problems.

This problem has been around ever since BSPs were put in. I thought Chris was going to fix it, but he never did. I need it fixed because its a big problem. It has to do with texture tiling. They are tiled twice as much as they should. In Quake3 it looks like this: This is what I want it to look like. In PowerRender it looks like this: The textures are shrunk and tiled more. Just in case anyone else was curious about what was going on:

Chris helped me via email. The problem was not PR, but the BSP compiler I was using. I switched over to GTKRadiant per Chris''s recommendation and now the textures are fine.
