i''ve drawn a poly and then i wanted to make a cursor... and i did, but the only problem was that when i enable blending(had to because i had to remove black background from cursor''s bitmap)the cursor goes beyond the poly instead in front of it. i''ve tried to draw the cursor first and then the poly and the other way around, but nothing seems to work... than i''ve concluded that it must be a parameter thingie now...can someone please explain to me what does each parameter stand for(they''ve done a great job explaining that in MSDN > )... i want to move my cursor in front of entire scene please help! follow the yellow brick road

I think it''s a z buffer issue, but for see the thread called "Alpha... how to" for a description of the blending process.
