Nice job, I believe the article is good for people trying to understan directx12.

In my case I went through it diagional, but it's a bridge too far for me.

Nice. I really like the flow, how you start with the shader that you want to run and then treat the D3D code as a solution to this problem.

Thanks for the post! I feel relatively comfortable with DX11. I've been trying to learn OGL 4.5 and have just about gotten down the basics with it although I'm still trying to read the 4.5 red book cover to cover and get familiar with SPIRV. I've started trying to learn Vulkan and have started reading Frank Luna's book on DX12. So, I'm looking forward to reading what you wrote although it's a bit late tonight. I may try and read through it in the morning, but it certainly looks interesting.
