what would make it easy for me to make 2d cartoon i dont want to have to make it frame by frame ,i heard flash was good.

Yes, Flash is perfect for this. You can get a demo version of it at http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash , as well as general info on what flash can do. (its actually very powerful if you know what you''re doing) Good luck!
