Unclaimed World is a single player game for the PC which takes the colony sim genre into the future, onto a lush planet where humans are making their first foothold.

Although inheriting some ideas from the management / city building genres, the game stands out in the following ways:

Realistic space pioneer atmosphere
Fusing of plausible (hard) sci-fi with the pioneering experience of historic frontiers.
Simulation of alien ecosystem and human society

Our ambition is to see a thorough simulation of the clash between humans and nature by way of detailed game systems.

Manage independent people, not pawns

The game eschews “god game” tropes by pointing out that the player is not a commander. The characters are free individuals with their own ideas and motivation: Only by attracting ambitious inhabitants do you get access to better technology and can advance your colony.

Comprehensive, flexible production

Food can spoil and things break – but there are many ways for the player to make improvised solutions. The game emphasizes knowledge and resources as the foundation of a society.

Platform:
It’s a single player game for Windows PC.
