Very odd, life simulation game should be famous.

Its start from our toddler, we play Barbies with our siblings,

But why now we only have The Sims (4)?

why other game developer not interested to create life simulation game?

And by the way, the sims gameplay is not even that good. The option is too small and it feel more like time management game rather than life simulation. The sims 4 dont even have seasons... cant drive cars...and lacking many more, the toon not even look realistic

I want life simulation like football manager 2017, Alter Ego (browser game)

Life is about choices.

I have plenty of ideas, but i dont have money to create the game. When i have time i will give details about all my ideas, so people who have money can create it.

we only have The Sims

There have been quite a few life simulator games by various companies. Animal Crossing is a perennial favorite, although it is less focused on micromanagement of people and more focused on their social relationships. Princess Maker was popular before The Sims came out. Harvest Moon, now called Story of Seasons, has also had an enormously popular history with about 40 games in the series and it is still going strong.

The Sims is by far the biggest name in the genre, and it has had many clones mostly by smaller Japanese companies, but also including one by Zenga. The Sims has an enormous budget as it is one of EA's cash cows; they're approaching 200 million copies sold for both base games and expansion packs, which means a LOT of money. The money means an enormous number of developers. Twice in my career I've worked on the game, and they have multiple teams at multiple studios across the globe. It doesn't really matter which game studio you work at, most moderately large studios have at least one person there who has worked on The Sims. Right now at a 10 person company three of us worked on various incarnations of The Sims.

Another variation on the theme is dating sims. These are surprisingly popular in Japan, and you will find an enormous number of them if you search. Some are more social games, others are basically porn, many of them feel quite a lot like The Sims or Harvest Moon. There are many of them.

One of the main drivers for people who play games, is that they can be and do what they want to, mostly things you can't do or be in real life (want to be an astronaut? want to shoot people? want to drive 300+ kmh?)

This might explain a bit why sims about real life sound less interesting.
