Infinity 3D engine real-time ray tracing

Hi all, 

 

Sneak peek of a new kind of an engine that uses real-time ray tracing:

Ray tracing is used here to natively support smooth/curved non-polygonal 3D geometry to get "very high polygon count" look for all game world assets.

You should include some clarification about license. I guess that it is going to be commercial, isn't it?

Current plan is to make the engine freely available but with small amount of gross revenue sharing for games.

Excellent! Ill keep an eye on it, although I prefer more integrated solutions (like Unity/Unreal), due to efficiency issues.
