LPC questiond

Hi all, a mate of mine is working on a MUD using LPC and he's wondering how he'd go about pinging a player connection in a way that would force a response. Thanks.

AS in the C language? Very cool. I had thought about making a MUD a few times, but didn't know LPC was a thing.
