Unity Releasing on iOS free or paid version?

Players enjoy the game(judging by ratings) but installs per day is poor.
Should I try to release the game on iOS? Free or paid version is better?
And is it worth to try put the game on steam greenlight?
Also maybe you have some promotion advices.

You have 100 levels in the game, maybe place it on iOS with 10 levels free and have an IAP (InApp Purchase) for section of 10 more levels, and an option for the complete set.

Additionally, offer the complete game without IAPs for a similar price to the IAP. A fair number of games present these options.
