Build target preproccessor directive?

Hi Guys,

 

On VS.net 2015 (or similar) is it possible to use a pre-processor command or a 'define' to tell what the build target is?

 

I have an engine class that differs in some areas depending on whether the build is for native windows or UWP.

 

Is it possible to have the compiler/IDE just know what the build target is so I can wrap the appropriate code in #ifdef statements?
