How to import DirectXTex on a project.

There is a solution there: DirectXTex_Desktop_2015.sln

Besides DirectXTex project, the solution contains exes, like texconv, that is used DirectXTex.lib.

If you build the exe, and run it, you can check: does it convert some texture to dds format.

For example, you may run the command line:

texconv.exe  -m 0 -dx10 -f BC7_UNORM -nologo -ft DDS 1.png

Place some image near the exe (1.png)

If it produces correct DDS image (1.DDS), (that you can check image inside Visual Studio or other DDS viewer), it means you correctly built the library.
