Hello all, currently we are working on a multiplayer strategic first person shooter called Battle Beyond The Wall. We have been working on this project since early January and are seeing a lot of progress. Please follow our recently setup Twitter page for more frequent updates on development and progress.  Twitter: https://twitter.com/BattleBWall

The Game Objective

In Battle Beyond The Wall, players start off with no inventory and have 15 minutes time to assemble weapons and prepare for the battle. After the 15 minutes, the big wall dividing the 2 halves of the map will fall and players will fight to eliminate the enemy king while strategically defending their own. One player on each team will be assigned the position of king and has to defend himself within the confinements of the spawn area.

Battle Beyond The Wall has a lot of different opportunities for players to mix things up and make their battle interesting. Players only get one life per battle, forcing you to use the best tactics and give your best efforts in battle. Players have a wide variety of choices when it comes to creating weapons, ranging from single shot hand cannons to fully automatic machine guns. Players also have to option to control the artillery and launch explosives halfway across the map. In Battle Beyond The Wall you have full control over the battle and gives you every opportunity to be the hero of your team. Through efficient cooperation with your team, you can use numerous amounts of tactics to lead your team to victory.

Battle Beyond The Wall, like most indie games, is developed by a small team and is created on a low budget. We are planning to release the game on steam around late 2017, but the exact date can vary a lot. At this point, we are well ahead of schedule and expect to remain so during the rest of development. We have been able to develop a considerable chunk using an almost $0 budget up until this point, although we are planning to launch a Kickstarter campaign in April in order to make Battle Beyond The Wall as polished and thrilling as possible.
