I'm a artist and i make a billiard game

How can i make all physics to be like 8 ball pool

You haven't provided any detail at all, what engine? They may have physx or bullet for you to use.
All you really need are a proper physics engine and some physical values for the objects involved. An internet search found the following which seems like a reasonable starting point:

Work hard, learn about physics, in particular of billiard balls.

The general question "I want X, how to do that?" is not going to get you anything useful. It's your goal, you have to do the work. Nobody is going to make you a ready-to-plugin frame-work for billiards for you.

Instead, start working on the problem, break it down in smaller steps. Show what you're trying to achieve, and ask detail questions on the specific item you're stuck with. We can only advice, point out things you're missing, or points where you can improve, on your work that you show us.
