Designing the flow of a firmware update over the air (OTA)

Hi guys,

I'm working on a game that has also a dedicated hardware and I'm doing the flow about the "firmware update" (OTA).

I'm wondering if you can help me in finding some guide, some references about that.. I'm pretty sure there is a standard flow around the net.
