Does anyone know of a tool that converts PNG's into an SDF (Signed Distance Field) usable texture? I've seen a few tools for fonts but nothing specifically for single sprite textures.

You can make them with photoshop very easily. It's algorithms are fast too!

Thanks man! Sadly I don't own photoshop and was hoping to find an already made command line tool before attempting to make my own.

Just to note, all of the steps in the link that Hodgman posted are not specific to Photoshop, you can do the same thing with free software like Gimp. If you just want a command line method, you could perform the same steps via ImageMagick as well, potentially all from a single command line.
