Have to rotate 180 and flip horizontal to work

Im downloading .obj to put in a game. I have to rotate and flip the texture for it to look right on the object! So when there is text on the object, it will be backwards.

Im in Blender. How can I fix this issue? Im in directx 11 also

looking for a coder to help make a free pipe line mod for unity blender maya daz3d  to help increase game dev work flow  especially for maya

and you can  just flip the uv back words or you can flip it in photo shop best to make numbers with f1 b1 Front Back 

 for faces so you know witch way they are facing and  why you always make a demo texture in blender if you are new to uvmaping there is a good tutorial on youtube
