What exactly is a "blogging" section... is that like for a devDiary or something and people can comment on (assuming they read it)... that sounds cool.

Most of people use it for devlog style updates, but there are also a few organizations (Corona, Packt Publishing, etc.) who syndicate their latest news there, and some people use it to post tutorials in a slightly less formal setting than as articles.
