I'm really new so excuse my inexperience with this forum. 

A few friends and I have been thinking about setting up a dev team. At the start, we want to create something simple in our spare time (runner game for mobile is one of our ideas), and if it makes any revenue continue with creating small games until we have the budget for more. 

The problem that we have is that we have 2 people who know how to model in 2d/3d, I have more experience with the business aspect/management (and for the future HR and recruitment).

I was hoping to get any advice on where I could find an artist and programmer. any revenue we make will be split equally of course!
