PR Fonts

Since I''ve been using PR Fonts in my project I''ve still had to use PR_RenderFrame(); or they don''t show - is this correct? In PR4.03 the font characters seem to have lost their clarity - perhaps because I am not calling something? Thanks in advance for helping! Petrovski

Fonts are drawing using triangles so they must be between the PR_NewFrame and PR_RenderFrame calls. D3D will reject any triangles outside of these calls.

Mipmapping was enabled in the high level engine so maybe that is affecting your fonts. Try turning it off while loading the fonts:

PR_Settings.HardwareMipmaps = 1;

and back on again when you''re done:

PR_Settings.HardwareMipmaps = MIPMAP_ALL_LEVELS;
