I've ever only worked on games solo, and I enjoy the freedom. But recently, APKNite company offers me a job in their company, and I'm wondering if I might be missing out. Would love to hear peoples opinions on this.

You have to make a decision between two things. A decision grid can help you make sense of all the pros and cons. The biggest "pro" of taking the job is ... getting paid! If you don't need money, maybe that's not such an important "pro" for you. The biggest "con" is that while employed, you may be prohibited from making (or you may be unable to make) your own games in your free time. If your own games don't earn you a living, then maybe this isn't that big a "con" - you can always make your own games again after you've left the job. But check out that link, do your own decision grid, and figure out this important decision in a satisfying way.
