No offense, but this is an extremly basic program, and sounds like a class assignment. I''m not going to help for 2 reasons, if I write a program for you, you may not learn, and I have no idea what language you are doing the program in. I also doubt anyone besides me will bother repling to this thread.
Use a while loop and accumulators to keep track of the sum of the numbers. Use two vars to keep track of your high/low numbers. Your difference is high - low. That might help you get started.
