why the color key does not work when I change the pixel attributes from 16 to 32 on my notebook. It shows a white background instead of a transparent background that I get with 16 bit color attribute. Thanks Love is illusion. Hate is real. I would rather be crazy.

what you are saying makes sense, however when I use the 32 bit values for white 0x00ffffff I still get the white back ground compared with the transparent I get when I set the attributes to 16.

Where can I read more about this subject?

thanks
