Yeah, Enter The Matrix and many many clones now uses Bullet-Time Mode.
Bullet-Time Mode for multiplayer is still possible and will rule all games as we know it!!!

As far as i know, an online matrix game scheduled to come out in 2004 will have ''Bullet-Time''...So it must be possible for multiplayer.
