After I''ve loaded the skinmesh and get the d3dxskinmesh object, what can I do to animate the bones ?? Do i have to calculate all the vertices manually ? And how can I use the animation data to make animation ? At least can somebody give me a step by step on things to do ?? All of these questions is due to the fact that microsoft tottaly sucks the documentation on this part !!!! btw, I''m using Milkshape 3D to make the X files
