I was hoping this would become like a mini-Design forum where we could focus on mod design, which is different cause you have to think of the limited tools and the game your modding and what kind of mod you're making.... weh

Hey I''m not arguing. I think it''s the chicken and egg problem. I''ve got the forums and I''ve started on the resources section, but I''ve been asking for links from other people who don''t stop by. it''s like everyone''s waiting for this thing to pick up but no ones starting it really 
check the resources section to see if I have any of the ones you have, then email me the rest and I''ll put em up
when I go to the ra2 mods and maps I get a page saying that access to this web site has been temporarily suspended
