Lithtech 3.2 RealArcade System and In-Game Scripted Sequences

Is anyone here familiar with the Lithtech SDK distributed under the RealArcade License? There''s no development community to speak of. I''m trying to find out how the engine handles scripted in-game cinematic sequences. I can''t find anything in the docs about it. Some of the engines on Lithtech''s site list the Cinematic Scene Editor as a tool, but it doesn''t seem to be included with the SDK through RealArcade. There''s also no mention whatsoever in the provided documentation regarding a scripting language. Any Ideas?
