A C++ function for DoEvents or ProcessMessages

Sorry for this post guys... I have made another a few minutes ago, And I think, I discovered the problem spoke on that... I think I have to use, inside the ''While statement'', something like the ''DoEvents()'' function of Visual Basic, or ''Application.ProcessMessages'' of Delphi... Does anyone knows a function that does the same thing on C++?
